Alho francês à Brás

Ingredientes:
- Cebola (1 média)
- Alho (2 dentes)
- Louro
- Azeite
- Alho francês (2 médios)
- Ovos de galinhas felizes (3)
- Batatas fritas palha (100gr)
- Sal marinho
- Pimenta
- Salsa fresca picada
- Azeitonas pretas
Modo de preparação:
Comece por descascar e cortar a cebola e o alho. Coloque-os numa frigideira larga com a folha de louro e azeite, em lume brando.
Entretanto, lave e corte o alho francês em rodelas (usa-se somente a parte branca central).

Quando a cebola estiver translúcida, acrescente-o ao refogado e deixe cozinhar até estar bem tenro.
Numa taça, bata os 3 ovos e tempere com o sal, pimenta e salsa picada. Junte-os ao refogado, assim como as batatas fritas palha.
Mexa vigorosamente e desligue o lume.

Finalmente, junte as azeitonas e sirva a acompanhar com uma salada de tomate.

Dica: para retirar alguma da gordura e do sal das batatas-fritas passe-as rapidamente por água num escorredor de massa, justamente de antes de as adicionar ao refogado.

Leek à Brás

Ingredients:

- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Bayleaf (1)
- Olive oil
- Leek (2)
- Happy chicken eggs (3)
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Chips* (100g)
- Black olives
Preparation:
Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Add them to a frying pan, with a bit olive oil and a bayleaf and let it cook on low heat.
Meanwhile, wash and cut the leak (use only the central white part) into bite-size slices. Let them cook until soft.
Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk them and season them with salt, pepper and chopped up parsley.
Add the eggs and the chips to the pan and stir vigorously. Turn off the heat.
Add some olives on top and serve with a tomato salad. Enjoy! :)
