Estufado de legumes e grão

Ingredientes:
- Cebola (1 pequena)
- Batatas (4 pequenas)
- Cenouras (3 médias)
- Tomates maduros (3 médios)
- Feijão verde (~100g)
- Azeite
- Folhas de louro (2)
- Curgete (1 pequena)
- Ervilhas (140g)
- Grão de bico (400g)
- Caldo de legumes (1)
- Pimenta
- Noz-moscada
- Alho em pó
Preparação:
Descasque e corte em pedaços pequenos a cebola, as batatas e as cenouras.
Lave e corte os tomates e arranje também o feijão verde.
Coloque um fio de azeite a aquecer numa panela grande, em lume médio. Junte 2 folhas de louro e os legumes cortados.
Deixe refogar durante alguns minutos. Entretanto lave e corte a curgete em pedaços (e reserve).
Adicione 0,5l de água à panela, e quando levantar fervura, deite o caldo de legumes e envolva.
Junte a curgete, as ervilhas e o grão de bico. Deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos. Tempere com pimenta, noz-moscada e alho em pó.

DICA: Utilizei grão de bico de conserva. Contudo, o ideal seria utilizar do seco, o que implica deixa-lo previamente em água durante a noite, e depois coze-lo cerca de 1h antes de adicionar ao estufado.
Vegetable and chickpeas stew

Ingredients:
- Onion (1, small)
- Potatoes (4, small)
- Carrots (3, medium)
- Tomatoes (3, medium)
- Green beans (~100g)
- Olive oil
- Bayleafs (2)
- Zucchini (1, small)
- Peas (140g)
- Chickpeas (400g)
- Vegetable stock
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Powdered garlic
Preparation:
Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces the onion, potatoes and carrots.
Wash and cut also the tomatoes and green beans (don't forget to trim the ends).
In a large pot put olive oil and bayleafs. Add the cut vegetables and let it cook for a bit.
Meanwhile you can wash and cut the zucchini.
Add 1,5l of water to the pot. Let it boil. Then add the vegetable stock. Mix it together.
In the end, add the zucchini, peas and chickpeas to the pot. Season with the spices and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
TIP: I used canned chickpeas, but if you can use the dry ones. They should stay over night in water and cook in boiling water for 1h, before adding to the stew.
